Lean Enterprise Workshop Series

The Tucson APICS Chapter is pleased to announce that it is offering the Lean Enterprise Workshop Series. The Lean Enterprise Workshop Series is organized to enable the student to approach the lean transformation process systematically. The Workshop uses scenarios from a fictitious company, Murphy's Toys, to task the student with finding lean solutions to a myriad of challenges. This format is designed to provide students with the flexibility to immediately customize what they've learned and implement it in their own organizations.
Workshops include:
Introduction
Lean Culture
Value Stream Mapping
Stability and Process Improvements
Just-in-Time
Measuring
Sustaining
We will be offering this in a 3-Saturday format. The classes will meet every other Saturday. Classes will be held from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The next Lean Enterprise Workshop is scheduled for October 16th, October 30th, and November 13th 2010.
Lunch will be delivered for each Saturday session and will be included in the cost of the class. A late registration fee of $50 will be assessed if you register after the registration deadline of October 1st 2010.

The fee for the Lean Enterprise Workshop Series is $550.00 for APICS members and $650.00 for nonmembers.
There will be a 3 student minimum to hold this class.
